Harryville Residents Association

Harryville Residents Association were established in Summer 2021 for the purpose of improving conditions for all Harryville residents. Despite being a new group they have been quick to get out and about, making sure that everyone in the area knows who they are and how to get involved. They have now just published their very first newsletter called Connect and they will be posting these to every household in Harryville. Details of how to contact the group are on their newsletter.

One of their first community projects will be a 'Celan-up' on the last Saturday of every month. The group are keen for Harryville residents to get involved and will meet at Harryville Community Centre for a tea/coffee before heading out. This will be an opportunity to share ideas or voice concerns, as well as helping to care for the environment and take pride in our local space. For more information about the group please visit their facebook page Harryville Residents Association

In Ballee, the Education Authority Youth Services are back with their trageted youth provision, every Monday from 6-8pm, at Ballee Community Centre. The Art & Craft class will be back up and running this Thursday. The Ballee 60+ Club have spaces for new members so if anyone would like to join the weekly club please contact 028 256 31350.

Ballykeel groups are working away behind the scenes and as this is a special year with the Queen's Platinum Jubilee we know there will be plenty of cause for celebration. Groups in Ballykeel are thinking about how they can work together to mark the occasion. Watch this space to find out more!
